We are open Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10-6pm.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS KEEP AFTER PURCHASE?

Products are usually good for about 7-10 days once picked up at the shop. All our products (with the exception of Saka’s Chicken Salad) freeze really well!

WHAT ACTUALLY IS VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN?

Vital wheat gluten is a high powered version of wheat flour that is made when all the starch has been washed from the original flour. The wheat gluten that remains is a high protein, low carb, soy-free ingredient that is used to make seitan.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CERTIFIED KOSHER?

Unfortunately, as of January 28, 2024, we are no longer kosher.
